SATURDAY: THE MAIN EVENT
Saturday is the main event at KupoCon, and it’s where everything comes together. The day begins with the opening ceremony before moving into a full schedule of guest keynotes, interviews, and live moments that bring fans closer to the people behind the games. Throughout the day, the Quest Log takes centre stage, guiding attendees through interactive quests and hunts that feel straight out of a Final Fantasy adventure. Along the way, you can browse the market, take in incredible cosplay, explore exclusive merchandise, and dive into workshops, and challenges.
As you complete quests and activities, you’ll earn Gil, KupoCon’s in-event currency, which can be exchanged for rewards and exclusive items, including the ever-growing TriPom trading card series. The day blends exploration, creativity, and connection, all within a vibrant fan atmosphere that rewards participation at every turn. Saturday closes with award presentations celebrating the best of the community, before a short break leads into the evening event, where everyone comes together to celebrate, unwind, and create lasting memories.
SUNDAY: COMMUNITY AND FRANCHISE DAY
Sunday at KupoCon is Community and Franchise Day, a celebration of the fans and the wider worlds that have shaped Final Fantasy. Included with your weekend ticket, the day carries forward the spirit of the event with a more community-driven focus. The Quest Log continues alongside a full two-day market, giving you time to explore at your own pace, while the theatre is removed and replaced with the Event Square with interactive activities and playful challenges inspired by the series. You’ll also find crossover cosplay from franchises like Kingdom Hearts and NieR woven into the day, adding to the sense of creativity and shared fandom while Final Fantasy remains at the heart of it all.
The schedule leans into community expression, with attendee-led content and buskers bringing their talents to the event, often rewarded with gil that can be spent on event merchandise. The TriPom community tournament rounds out the weekend for collectors and competitors alike, while art displays and competitions highlight the incredible creativity within the community. It’s a relaxed but meaningful close to the event, designed to complement Saturday perfectly. KupoCon is built as a full weekend experience, with both days working together to create something complete, immersive, and worth every moment. Oh, and don’t forget Project Origin in the evening.
