INTIMATE. IMMERSIVE. INCLUSIVE.

KupoCon isn’t just an event; it’s a warm and inclusive community. Before diving in, be sure to acquaint yourself with our guidelines and event protocols. When you buy a ticket or become part of our community spaces, you’re implicitly accepting these rules and conditions. Any queries? Shoot us an email at [email protected].

ATTENDING KUPOCON

  • Please ensure that your ticket displays your legal name, as you may need to present ID for verification purposes. If you don’t have appropriate documentation, please reach out to inform us. We understand that using your legal name may not always be feasible, but this policy is implemented for insurance liability and the safety of all attendees. If you need to use a different name on your ticket, please notify us via email beforehand, and we’ll strive to accommodate your request.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. To combat scalping and prevent the same ticket from being sold to multiple individuals, KupoCon will no longer support ticket buy and sell posts on any of its platforms. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from third parties unless you fully trust the seller. Any risks associated with buying tickets from others are borne solely by the individual. KupoCon reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket has already been redeemed.
  • To receive event loot included with your ticket, attendance at the event is mandatory as we’re unable to mail loot. Alternatively, you may assign your ticket to another attendee for them to collect on your behalf.
  • Upon entry to KupoCon, attendees assume responsibility for their personal liability and all associated risks.
  • Attendee wristbands or badges are mandatory for entry and must be visible at all times. Once issued, these wristbands/badges cannot be replaced, refunded, or transferred.
  • By accepting an attendee wristband/badge, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any recording, transmission, or reproduction of KupoCon for use by KupoCon or its partners.
  • Attendees will be required to remove masks that cover their face when registering at KupoCon.
  • Failure to adhere to KupoCon’s published rules, including disruptive or inappropriate behavior, will result in the immediate revocation of your badge and ejection from the event. KupoCon reserves the right to revoke badges and eject individuals from the event at any time and for any reason, without offering a refund.
