MegaPom – What you need to know…
Excited for MegaPom? Here is a breakdown of the some of key information you need ahead of ticket sales. The event takes place on February 14–15, 2026 at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith, London.
Saturday (10:30am–5:30pm) is the heart of the convention. This day will feature the opening and closing ceremonies, special guest interviews, the cosplay parade, awards, and much more. Then from 7:30pm until late, the tone shifts for POMTINS Holiday Park (18+) [Add-on ticket required] – our biggest evening celebration yet. Imagine a tacky 90s holiday combined with a classic holiday park clubhouse atmosphere. Attendees are encouraged to lean into the theme with brightly coloured blazers or tacky tracksuits with a 90s vibe holiday outfit; the night itself will be packed with fun including fairground-style games, Final Fantasy Bingo, live performances, and a very special blast from the past in Kupo history. Don’t worry though, after 10pm the lights go down for some dancing.
Sunday (10:30am–4:30pm) is Community and Franchise Day, a celebration of the fans. This day is about community-driven activities and cosplay that stretches across the wider Square Enix-inspired universe. It’s a complete different experience. In the evening at 6:00pm, the weekend wraps with something truly historic: the debut screening of Project Origin: For King & Con (18+) [Add-on ticket required], the long-awaited official KupoCon documentary. This special semi-formal event will feature a large guest lineup, possibly surpassing even the main event itself, and will be available as an add-on.
The Market will be open both days, giving you plenty of opportunity to explore vendors and discover unique finds. Autographs will follow our new established model, with pay-at-the-table signings on Saturday and a limited number of autograph bundles available exclusively on Sunday.
Tickets are weekend only, as each day offers a unique experience rather than a repeat schedule. Weekend passes range from £69 to £159. The Early Chocobo Sale offers an automatic saving of £10 on passes and £5 on add-ons if purchased before September 4 at 6:00pm UK. Sales open first to Patrons on September 2 at 6:00pm UK, followed by the general public on September 3 at 6:00pm UK. You may join Patreon at any point to qualify but you are limited to a ticket for yourself and a plus one (plus any youth attending with you).
Accommodation is available at the Novotel through our hotel block, which becomes accessible after you purchase your ticket. Rooms are pay on arrival, with a credit card required to guarantee the booking. Cancellations are free up to seven days before the event. As this block is expected to fill quickly, and given the limited Early Chocobo window, we strongly encourage booking early to secure both your room and your discounted pass. There are also many alternative hotels nearby should the block sell out.
For those eagerly awaiting guest announcements, please note that while it is possible a reveal may be made before tickets go on sale, the full lineup will not be announced until after the initial ticket sale. KupoCon has always prioritized being a community-driven Final Fantasy fan event first and foremost. Guests are, of course, a huge part of the excitement, and MegaPom’s lineup will be every bit as impressive as our previous London events. As mentioned earlier, the guest lineup for the Project Origin screening is expected to be even larger than that of the main event itself.
Historically, our UK events have sold out very quickly, and MegaPom is expected to be no different. Each ticket type is carefully limited to ensure the event remains financially viable, so we strongly encourage booking early to avoid disappointment. Please note that the release of additional tickets in the future is highly unlikely.
