London Pop-Up Event – September 17-19, 2021

We are thrilled to announce we will be hosting a special KupoCon pop-up shop and drop-in centre in London from September 17–19. However, we shan’t entice you with the shop alone! We’re working on a special quest log that can be obtained there. It will encourage you to explore London, complete unique quests, and earn gil that can be redeemed at the shop. Oh, and don’t forget, we’re hosting a social night on Saturday. Read on for more info!

TRIPOM & CHILL [FREE ACCESS]

We’ve set up tables so you can come and hang out with friends, perhaps play a few games of TriPom, or simply trade with vistors at the pop-up. It’s a space to hang out while you are engaged between quests.

FREE COMPANY MEET-UP [FREE ACCESS]

We’ve established an amazing community on Final Fantasy XIV. We have a busy FC on Moogle. If you’re part of the FC or perhaps you’re thinking about joining, come and meet our players. Full details of when and where can be found on our Discord.

QUEST LOG [PAID]

While this may not be a full-scale event, we want it to have that KupoCon vibe. So we’ve produced Quest Logs that allow you to explore London, earn gil, and get merch. These can be purchased in advance or over the weekend.

POMTOGETHER SOCIAL EVENT [PAID]

We’ve saved the best until last. It’s time to get (pom)together with everyone and celebrate the return to physical events. Tickets are required for this portion of the event. The remaining tickets go on sale August 2.

COVID-19 Notice

Rest assured we will have a sanitisation station, and staff running the day will be adhering to guidelines and maintaining high standards of hygiene. We will be operating at 50% capacity regardless of restrictions being lifted.

As mentioned in KupoCast on June 27, we are now able to provide current health guidelines and requirements for the Pomtogether event. To access Pomtogether (the Saturday night social event) you will be required to provide evidence of one of the following: A COVID-19 vaccination program, a negative test taken within 72 hours prior to the event, or proof of natural immunity. We will accept vaccination passports, NHS Covid Passes or vaccine records (something that shows you have had a vaccine administered).  Anyone found to be using forged records will be banned and reported to local authorities.

Reminder: If you are unable to attend or meet these requirements, you can request a refund up until 48 hours before the event. We look forward to welcoming you to KupoCon!

Please note that no proof is required to access the pop-up shop. Masks are encouraged but not required. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our attendees safe.

Can I visit any time, any day, multiple times a day?

Absolutely. You’re free to come and go as you please.

What’s this about trading TriPom for gil I heard about?

You heard right! Bring along your spare TriPom and haggle with our TriPom trader for the chance to turn your unused duplicates into gil to use at our merch desk.

Got tips for my quest log?

Yes! We understand you wish to spend time with friends, so we advise going questing together. It’s a great way to hang out while seeing some beautiful sights you may have never ventured to before. We also recommend getting your Quest Log on Friday so there’s no rushing about. You have until Sunday to cash in your quests and hunts for gil, so take your time and enjoy!

Is there a dresscode at any point, especially for Pomtogether?

There is no specific dresscode or theme during the day. As always, you are welcome to cosplay. For Pomtogether, the evening social event, there is no theme, but we encourage everyone to make an effort in treating this as a cocktail party you’ve been invited to.

I’m totally new! What’s TriPom, what are these quest logs, what even is KupoCon?

Check out our about page – https://kupocon.com/about/ – and likewise visit our dedicated TriPom page and Glossary page for anything you’re unfamiliar with!

I have a question not asked here!

No problem. Just scroll down to the bottom of this page – https://kupocon.com/about/ – and fill in the form to shoot us a message. We’ll be glad to help.
