August 8-10, 2025 – Novotel London West

We’re excited to announce a special KupoCon pop-up shop and drop-in center in London from August 8–10, 2025! This event is a great introduction to KupoCon for Final Fantasy fans. While this isn’t a convention, it’s an introduction to our community and what we stand for.

While drop-ins are welcome, we strongly encourage attendees to pre-register online. Pre-registered guests will receive priority access in case the venue reaches capacity.

What to Expect Throughout the Weekend:

• Exclusive KupoCon merchandise

• TriPom trading (Our exclusive TCG)

• KupoCon Free Company gathering

• Photo ops with backdrops and the Buster Sword

• Special London-themed Quest Log: Take on unique challenges around the city, earn gil, and spend it at our shop!

Whether you’re a longtime KupoCon attendee or brand new to the community, this weekend promises to be filled with fun, adventure, and plenty of Final Fantasy magic.

Patron Early Access (7 PM – 10 PM)

On Friday evening, we’re kicking off the weekend with an exclusive Patron Early Access session! If you’re a paying KupoCon Patron, you and a plus one can enjoy early entry to the pop-up, social time with other fans, and drinks available throughout the evening.

Wristbands will be provided at check-in, allowing you to come and go as you please.

Note: You must be an active paying Patron to attend Friday evening’s session. 18+

Free Pop-Up and Evening Social Mixer

The main pop-up opens to the public on Saturday, August 9 from 10 AM to 5 PM. It’s free and open to all ages! Come and see all our cool merch and grab a quest log.

That evening, we’ll be hosting a ticketed Social Mixer from 7 PM to 11 PM — an 18+ event filled with themed drinks, great company, and we’re working on a special guest appearance!

Tickets for the Social Mixer are £20 and are available through Eventbrite.

If you previously purchased a ticket for the Friday mixer, it has already been automatically transferred to Saturday. Updated tickets can be downloaded via Eventbrite. If it still displays Friday, do not worry. It will still be honoured on Saturday.
