BE A VENDOR AT KUPOCON!

Are you an artist or crafter? If you possess artistic skills or specialize in crafting, we welcome you to showcase your talents at our event. Artists and crafters are invited to apply for a table free of charge, provided they possess an event pass.

Not vending goods? Simply promoting your organization? For non-commercial endeavors aimed at promoting organizations or causes, we offer complimentary space under consideration on a 1-on-1 basis. Please email us about your group: [email protected]

Please note, KupoCon does not accept commercial dealers.

Artists and crafters only.

// NOTE TO GLASGOW VENDORS //

Glasgow will host our first-ever two-day market! Tables remain free with an event ticket, so please ensure you have a pass for both days. We’re excited to share that KupoCon is introducing a new activity in the quest log, debuting in Glasgow. This activity, similar to a stamp rally, will encourage attendees to make purchases from the market. No need to opt-in—everyone is automatically included, and there’s no cost to vendors. KupoCon will be rewarding attendees for their participation.

THE RULES OF THE KUPOCON MARKET

Below, you’ll find all the necessary information to complete your application. Please read through everything carefully.

KupoCon will provide:

  • An exclusive opportunity to showcase at KupoCon.
  • One table and two chairs (including linen). Additional services may be available for purchase.

To exhibit at KupoCon, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Applicants must be age of majority in the event region, or at least 18.
  • You must fill out and submit a display application (accessible via the button above).
  •  Applications must include an order number to be processed.
  • Each individual working your space must possess a ticket.
  • Compliance with KupoCon event rules and policies is mandatory.
  • Applicants may be required to submit a portfolio upon request.
  • All activities conducted must be within the confines of the law. We only provide the space for display purposes.

While within the market, you must follow the below Rules and Regulations:

  • KupoCon strictly prohibits the sale of AI-generated artwork in the marketplace.
  • Non-Final Fantasy material is permitted, but it’s important to note that Final Fantasy-related items are likely to attract more interest and sales. Your display must contain a minimum of 70% Final Fantasy and other Square Enix titles to be eligible for showcasing at KupoCon.
  • You are responsible for all items within your designated area. KupoCon assumes no liability for any damage, theft, loss, or injury to any items or individuals within the space.
  • Each table is limited to a maximum of two individuals. Tables found with more than two people will be requested to adjust the situation. Additional tables are available for a fee; please contact us for further information.
  • Displays on tables are permitted, and booths are welcome. However, unstable displays must be removed.
  • Food and covered drinks are allowed, but please exercise common sense.
  • KupoCon does not provide change, so ensure you have sufficient funds available.
  • Kindly remember to bring your own water bottle and snacks as KupoCon does not provide refreshments.
  • Please be advised that KupoCon does not provide table coverage during breaks, as our volunteers are dedicated to their own tasks. Please make suitable arrangements.
  • Unapproved organization of quests, hunts, and stamp rallies is not permitted at KupoCon without explicit authorization from the event’s team.
  • Vendors are encouraged to accept our event currency, “Gil,” for tips to enhance the immersive experience at KupoCon. Gil can be used to obtain KupoCon merch from O’aka’s.
  • Attaching items to the walls around the hall is prohibited. Items found on walls will be confiscated by KupoCon staff, and fines may be imposed for any resulting damage.
  • The sale of fan art is permitted; however, reproducing existing artwork through copying or tracing is strictly prohibited. Fan art must feature original designs that incorporate favorite characters. Art theft and plagiarism, including the printing of logos and other Square Enix-owned materials, will not be tolerated.
  • Private sellers are permitted to display and sell new and used official Final Fantasy and related merchandise, but bulk selling is prohibited. This provision is intended for individuals selling items from personal collections, not for dealers.
  • The use of the KupoCon logo on products is prohibited. However, it may be used for online advertising of your attendance at the event.
  • Any form of abuse directed towards the KupoCon brand, its staff, or attendees will not be tolerated.

Adult Material

  • Adult material is defined as any content deemed unsuitable for all ages. This encompasses, but is not limited to, images or artwork depicting nudity, individuals in lewd or suggestive scenarios, and images portraying extreme violence. Please remember that artworks of a sexual nature are strictly prohibited.
  • Artists selling adult material are prohibited from openly displaying these items on their tables. Instead, adult material must be securely stored out of reach, either within a binder labeled as “Adult” or behind the table and out of view (such as books or figures). Attendees interested in viewing or purchasing adult material must present a valid photo ID.
  • Please note: Minors found in possession of adult material will have these items confiscated. Artists discovered selling adult material to minors will be ejected and banned from future events.

You are prohibited from having, displaying and/or selling the following items:

  • Selling adult material to minors.
  • Blocking or obstructing the walkway or any exit with their items or displays.
  • Selling food and drink.
  • Selling items outside the market.
  • Sharing a table with another vendor is only permitted if it was specified in your application and the necessary information was provided. Adding a vendor to your table without KupoCon’s approval will result in the withdrawal of your table.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Throughout the event, KupoCon staff will rigorously enforce the Code of Conduct and Display Rules and Regulations, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach. Any display found to contravene these policies will be promptly removed from the space.

Harassment and Bullying
If you encounter difficulties, experience harassment, or feel bullied by another attendee, a neighboring table, or any staff member, please reach out to the Coordinator without delay. KupoCon prioritizes the resolution of all complaints regarding harassment or other issues and is committed to addressing them promptly.
