As announced during KupoCast this evening, we’re very pleased to confirm that KupoCon will be heading to Niagara Falls, Ontario, September 24–26, 2027.

We’re incredibly excited about this location. Niagara Falls gives us an opportunity to build on the growth of our Canadian events while bringing together communities that have previously joined us in Toronto, Montréal, Newark and Vancouver. At the same time, it puts us quite literally minutes from the United States, making this one of the most accessible Canadian locations we’ve ever hosted an event in.

Our home for the weekend will be the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, right in the heart of Niagara Falls and just a short distance from the Rainbow Bridge border crossing.

For those travelling from further afield, there are several airport options. Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is approximately 35 minutes away by car, while Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is roughly 90 minutes to two hours depending on traffic. Niagara Falls International Airport (IAG) is even closer, although it has a much more limited flight schedule. Hamilton and Toronto City Airport also provide additional options for those looking at different routes into the region.

Typically, we release the KupoCon hotel block alongside event tickets. However, we expect this particular event to attract a significant number of people travelling from across Canada, the United States and further afield, so we’ve decided to make an initial allocation of rooms available now.

This gives everyone a little more time to plan, budget and secure their accommodation without having to wait for tickets to go on sale.

Reservations made through the official KupoCon room block can be cancelled up to 60 days before the event, giving you plenty of flexibility should your plans change.

Every room reserved through the official KupoCon block will receive a special Gil Pouch at the event, complete with Gil coins that can be spent during the weekend. This is one pouch per booked room, rather than per guest, and is our little thank-you for helping support the official event room block.
