We’re thrilled to announce that Pom Voyage will feature a prop competition, celebrating the creativity and passion of our amazing cosplay community. Whether you’ve crafted your prop from scratch or commissioned it from a talented maker, you’re invited to put it on display and have it judged by our team.

This competition is all about participation and community spirit. Ribbons and gil prizes will be awarded, and all props will be showcased exclusively on Community Day. That means even if you plan to cosplay on Saturday, you can still submit your prop for Sunday’s display. It’s a chance to shine a light on the artistry of our attendees and share in the joy of bringing Final Fantasy to life!

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all KupoCon attendees. Each entry must be a physical prop inspired by the Final Fantasy universe.
• Props may be either handmade or commissioned, but all contributors, including designers, builders, and those who provided 3D-printed files, must be credited.

Submission Requirements:

• Participants must submit by filling out this form [LINK]
  • A brief description of the prop’s inspiration.
  • The names and roles of all individuals involved in the creation of the prop.
  • If applicable, details of any 3D printing files used, including the source and creator.

General Rules:

• Each participant may enter only one prop.
• Props must be completed and ready for display at KupoCon.
• The prop must be safe for public display. Sharp edges, exposed wires, or any elements that could cause harm are not permitted.
• Props must be portable and able to fit through standard doorways.

Judging Criteria:

• Originality and creativity of the prop design.
• Quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Faithfulness to the Final Fantasy theme.
• The extent of collaboration and transparency in the creation process.

Prizes:

• Ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Submission Deadline:

• The deadline to submit your prop form is October 17.

Additional Information:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to allow their props to be photographed and displayed on KupoCon’s social media platforms and other promotional materials. Props must be delivered to the registration desk between 8AM & 9AM on Sunday morning. They will remain on display all day Sunday.

• Qualité de l’artisanat et souci du détail.
• Fidélité au thème Final Fantasy.
• Degré de collaboration et transparence dans le processus de création.

Prix :

• Des rubans seront remis pour la 1re, 2e et 3e place.

Date limite de soumission :

• La date limite pour soumettre votre formulaire d’accessoire est le 17 octobre.

Informations supplémentaires :

• En participant au concours, les participants acceptent que leurs props soient photographiés et affichés sur les plateformes de médias sociaux de KupoCon ainsi que dans d’autres documents promotionnels.
• Les props doivent être livrés au bureau d’inscription entre 8 h et 9 h le dimanche matin. Ils resteront exposés toute la journée du dimanche.
