We’ve made the difficult decision to place the premiere of Project Origin temporarily on hold. Although we explored creative options, ticket sales have been lower than expected. We understand that for many, the cost of traveling to London in the summer is simply too high, especially during a time of economic struggle and uncertainty. For a lot of our community, attending just for the premiere isn’t feasible right now.
Our goal has always been to share this experience with as many of you as possible, and at the moment, going ahead as planned wouldn’t allow for that. This wasn’t a financial decision – it was a community decision. We’re actively working on new options, including the possibility of a smaller, private pre-screening during the weekend for those who had purchased tickets, but nothing has been confirmed yet. We’ll keep you updated as things develop.
All tickets for the screening will be fully refunded in due course, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding.
The free pop-up event in London that weekend will still go ahead as planned, and we look forward to seeing many of you there.

Behaviour & Screening Etiquette
First and foremost, this is a movie premiere, not a fan convention—please treat it with the appropriate level of decorum.
Mobile Phones & Devices: Once the movie begins, all mobile phones and electronic devices must be turned off or set to silent mode. The glow of a screen or an unexpected sound can be highly disruptive and diminish the immersive experience for those around you. Before and after, you may use them as much as you like and we encourage you to capture the moment.
No Recording or Photography: Recording or photographing any portion of the film is strictly prohibited. Not only does this compromise the integrity of the film, but it also violates copyright laws. We ask all guests to respect this rule to preserve the experience for everyone.
Silence During the Screening: Talking, excessive reactions, or unnecessary noise will not be tolerated. This is a shared experience, and any disruptions will result in removal from the screening.
Applause & Reactions: While we appreciate enthusiasm, we kindly request that applause and excessive expressions of appreciation be reserved until the credits to ensure that every moment of the film is experienced without interruption. Of course, we understand that expressing emotions is part of the experience, just try to be conscious of those around you.
Content Advisory: Please be advised that Project Origin contains material that some viewers may find distressing. The documentary addresses sensitive topics, including strong language, self-harm, suicide, drug use, abuse, and depression. Due to the mature nature of its content, the screening is strictly for adults only. If you suffer from severe anxiety or are sensitive to intense subject matter, this screening may not be suitable for you. Viewer discretion is advised.
Special Guests: This screening will be attended by many familiar faces, including individuals involved in the Final Fantasy series. While we encourage you to socialise and enjoy the evening, we ask that you respect their space and the nature of this event. This is not a convention or signing session, and asking for autographs is strictly prohibited. Please allow all guests to experience the screening without interruption and uphold the professionalism expected at a premiere.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the right atmosphere for this special occasion.
