It’s that time once more! As you might have already gathered, KupoCon stands out from your usual convention experience. We’re firm believers in erasing the lines between our distinguished guests and our attendees. To achieve this, we exclusively invite guests to our gathering who are committed to collaborating with us, ensuring a mutually rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Please bear in mind that autographs and photographs are not included with any ticket. However, Shiva (Ultima) ticket holders are granted a designated timeframe for an exclusive opportunity to meet the guests. This dedicated allocation aims to minimize waiting periods. We extend a warm invitation to everyone to join us during their designated time slots.

What is the guest layout for Pom East?
Each guest will be situated at their own table. A queue will be designated for each guest, with a dedicated volunteer overseeing each queue. Chairs will be provided for your convenience if you have difficulty standing.

I want to meet the guests at KupoCon, what are my options?
You have two options available to you. Please read this information carefully.

OPTION ONE: KupoCon offers a special Guest Autograph Bundle, available for $89. This comprehensive package comprises a unique print for every guest and a token granting you access to meet each guest. This token entitles you to receive one signed item and capture a selfie with the guest. They are prepared to sign any item you bring along, not restricted to the prints. (Please note: The tokens are personalized to each guest. Additional autographs have to be paid for.) It’s important to be aware that these bundles are of a limited quantity. We have a total of 200 bundles.

If more guests are announced, these will be included in the bundles at no extra cost. If a guest drops out, we will do our best to replace or compensate you to the best of our ability via event credit.

Summary: The cost is just $14 per guest. One photo, one autograph on anything you like for each guest. The bundle is always at a heavily reduced cost. The money we make from this allows us to offset our guests’ expenses. If you plan to meet more than two guests, this is the best value for money. 

OPTION TWO: Approach the table of the guest you wish to meet. If you wish to get an autograph or photograph, the special guest will have a set price for which they charge. This typically ranges from $30-50 per guest. In most cases this will be cash only. We don’t know the pricing until the day of.

Can I go up with a friend or partner that has a token?
The autograph is for the token holder only. However, if your immediate partner, carer or child wishes to join you for the photograph, this is acceptable. Additional autographs have to be paid for.

When are these bundles being made available?
They are available via our ticket portal on September 12 at 10am ET. Just visit the ticket portal to access them. You will find it in the add-ons section where the evening tickets are. Once these sell out, your only option is to pay per guest at the table.

If you just want to talk to a guest, there is never a charge, but keep in mind that the guests’ tables will be busy, and our volunteers must give priority to token holders, Shiva ticket holders, and those paying. The evening is also a great time to exchange a few words with a guest. However, if you wish to support our efforts and the guests, please consider one of the two options above.
