All Saints’ Celebration

Inspried by FINAL FANTASY XIV, we are pleased to invite you to this spooky celebration with a typical halloween theme. From 8pm we open the doors to any attendee over the age of 18. We encourage you to dress up in a Halloween/Final Fantasy outfit (optional) and dance the night away! Please note this event is ticketed separately. A pass for the evening is $20 and includes a free gift on arrival. A bar service will be available.

TRIPOM TCG AND TOURNAMENT

One of the most beloved Final Fantasy mini games is available at KupoCon. We’ve produced exclusive TriPom cards that can be collected using various methods. There are over 300 cards to collect, including various rare foils. Why not check out our tournament and see if you’ve got what it takes to be champion!

EVENT QUESTS

KupoCon revolves around the completion of quests. Completing a quest will reward you with GIL, the Final Fantasy currency. You can then use that to trade with other attendees or purchase items from O’aka’s. A Quest Log is included with every ticket, apart from NPC tickets.

EVENT EXCLUSIVE LOOT

Either through your ticket, via quests, or from Chocolina’s, you will find tons of custom-made items with a Final Fantasy-esque twist. Just check out photos online of peoples’ hauls! We have over 100 custom items available.

EVENT CURRENCY (GIL)

KupoCon carries the famous Final Fantasy currency, GIL. We have produced our own unique tender that you can earn and spend at specific spots at the event. We’ve also produced a limited number of coins (non-tenderable). Gil can be ontained via your Quest Log or pre-purchased with your tickets.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

KupoCon is designed for the family! Every event has had children in attendance. We always make an effort to ensure the young pomlings have something to do at the event. Remember: children 12 and under are completely free. Just turn up! We will have free Quest Logs for children.

AWARD PRESENTATIONS

KupoCon presents multiple awards at each event to acknowledge cosplayers. We also recognise people in the KupoCon community with the Warrior of Light award. No registration required. Turn up, participate, be recognised.

ARTISTS AND VENDORS

Got some hard-earned money you want to spend? Head on over to Wall Market, the home of KupoCon’s vendors, merchants, and artists. If you are a creative moogle, register for FREE display space and share your products with our community!

GUEST INTERVIEWS AND PANELS

We’re working behind the scenes to bring relevant individuals of the franchise to our event. We aim to hold Q&As in person and/or via video calls with some of the people who make Final Fantasy what it is today. We’re also producing panels on various Final Fantasy topics.

WORKSHOPS & CHALLENGES

Sometimes it is fun to get creative. KupoCon offers various workshops during the day. Some of them involve creating things or completing tasks. Others require you to sit back and admire. Whatever you end up doing, there will be a reward involved.

ACTIVE TIME EVENTS

Inspired by Final Fantasy XIV and IX, KupoCon has unexpected events that appear during the day. Attendees can participate in these events for bonus rewards. Many of the activities are crazy, so be prepared to let your hair down!

THE HUNT

To make cosplayers feel like they are part of the event, your Quest Log will contain photos of characters. Your job is to seek them out and kindly ask to get a photo of them. It’s a great way to have fun and make friends, as well as brighten a cosplayer’s day by expressively admiring their craft.

MERCH

We have a massive selection of merch. Come and check out dozens of unique items including our newly released Pixel series TriPom. These cards are usually limited to Patreon only. Collect them while you can.

COSPLAY

Historically, 1 in 3 people cosplay at KupoCon. The rooms are always filled with familiar characters. Not only do we encourage cosplay, we reward it with special ticket discounts. Just use DRESSPHERE at the checkout.

EVENING CELEBRATION

Many consider the evening celebration the highlight of KupoCon. Purchase an evening pass and come join us for an adult-only celebration. Good people, good drink, good fun. Need we say more?

I'm new to KupoCon...would I be welcome?

Of course! Everyone is welcome at KupoCon. Check us out across social media. Come and join our Facebook Community Group or swing by our discord and make friends. We have many ways to meet new people.

I am disabled. Can I bring a caregiver with me?

It certain situations, yes. You would need to purchase your ticket and then apply for a caregiver NPC pass. The individual whom you wish to bring as your caregiver will need to show proof of carer status. Please email us your details: [email protected]

Do you offer discounts for the event?

We offer three discounts. You may use these codes at checkout. Please note we cannot apply these discounts to orders already completed, and they do not stack.

DRESSPHERE: 5% cosplayer discount.

WORLDMAP: 5% traveling from overseas.

EARLYCHOCOBO: 10% on day-one purchases.

Do you have special room rates?

We have a room block set aside for attendees. This block will be adjusted based on availability and demand as we approach the event. Note that the block is limited to double occupancy. Rates and details to book can be found in your confirmation email.

I'm concerned about COVID-19. Is this a safe enviroment?

We hear you. While we can never guarantee you won’t come into contact with someone who may have COVID-19, we can take steps to keep you safe. We will be operating at a reduced capacity and we will encourage mask use in crowded spaces.

Can I buy tickets for the day or evening event on the day itself?

We will not be offering any tickets at the door. This is for both the day and evening events. All tickets must be purchased in advance. To access the evening, you must have attended the day event. The evening has limited capacity.

Are the top tier tickets limited?

Yes. Top tier tickets make up less than 20% of our attendees. We offer an advance on our tickets to those who support us on Patreon. You can access tickets 24 hours before the public via patreon.com/kupocon

When will you announce guests and loot content?

In the months and weeks leading up to the event, we will make various guest and loot announcements. Follow our social media and check our website from time to time for the latest information. We won’t disappoint.

Why would I want to pre-purchase gil?

Certain items at KupoCon are only available for gil. This is usually available via quest completion. However, if you want to skip some of the wait and go right for the goods, you may wish to pre-purchase some gil.

I want to table at KupoCon. How do I do that?

Visit our market page and submit an application. Applications will open on May 18. You must have a ticket (not NPC [Falcon]) to apply. There is no charge for your table. https://kupocon.com/market/
