Pom Voyage – Event FAQ
[Updated on Sep 29, 2025]
The Basics
When and where is Pom Voyage taking place?
Pom Voyage will be held at the Marriott In-terminal Hotel (800 Pl Leigh-Capreol, Dorval, QC, H4Y 0A4), directly connected to Montréal–Trudeau Airport. You can enter through the external hotel entrance on the airport side, or walk through the airport toward U.S. Departures and use the connecting door. From there take the elevator to the hotel’s main lobby and follow signs to the ballroom for registration.
Important airport reminder:
Remember, this is a public airport. All prop weapons must be fully bagged/wrapped and clearly marked as props. Anything resembling a firearm must never be displayed in public. Swords and similar items should be wrapped or otherwise obviously non-functional. KupoCon takes no responsibility for poor attendee choices, please use good judgment and follow airport rules at all times.
Are children allowed at Pom Voyage?
Yes! Children 12 and under can attend for free when accompanied by an adult ticket-holder. We encourage younger attendees to explore with you and complete the Quest Log together.
Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals are permitted inside the venue.
Is there a cloakroom or bag storage?
There will be no staffed cloakroom or bag storage. We encourage you to bring only what you need. Tote bags are recommended. Small backpacks are welcome but discouraged and oversized camping/hiking packs and suitcases will not be permitted. We may provide unmanned coat racks for jackets; more info to come.
How do I change the name on my ticket?
Log in to your Eventbrite account, go to “Tickets,” and use the Edit function. Need help? Contact our support desk.
Where can I find the event schedule?
The full schedule will be available on the Pom Voyage page. Be sure to check the night before as it may change. In keeping with our eco-friendly approach, there will be no printed copies of the FAQ, policies, or schedule onsite. QR codes will be posted throughout the venue.
What’s the event layout? Is it accessible?
The event is contained on a single floor. For more details, please visit: KupoCon Accessibility. Please note that there may be multiple checkpoints, so always keep your wristband and/or lanyard visible.
Are there any rules or restrictions?
Yes. Please review our Event Policies for details on props, large cosplays, and bag restrictions. Wristbands and/or lanyards must always be visible.
What should I bring with me?
A camera or smartphone, a pen or pencil (we provide some, but extras help), and a tote bag. Backpacks are discouraged.
Are there any events on Friday or Sunday?
Yes. Friday: Patron pre-registration runs 5 PM–8 PM (details on Patreon).
Sunday: Community Day runs 10:30 AM–4:30 PM. Please note you must vacate the show floor by 5 PM.
Is parking available at the venue?
