We’re excited to share a few important updates about the upcoming KupoCon London Pop-Up, taking place August 8–10. These changes are being made following the rescheduling of the Project Origin premiere. More information regarding the premiere will be shared in June.

In the meantime, here’s everything you need to know:

Social Mixer Update

Our originally planned Friday evening Social Mixer is now moving to Saturday evening instead.

If you already purchased a ticket for the Friday mixer, your ticket has automatically been transferred to Saturday. You can download an updated copy of your ticket via Eventbrite. If it still displays Friday, do not worry. It will still be honoured on Saturday. 

If you’re unable to attend because of the day change, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund for your Social Mixer ticket.

The Saturday Social Mixer (now on August 9) will run from 7 PM to 11 PM. Tickets are £20 and are available now through Eventbrite. Expect themed drinks, a vibrant atmosphere, and we’re working on having a special guest join us for the evening!

Please note: The Social Mixer is an 18+ event.

New: Patron Early Access – Friday Evening

In place of the original Friday event, we’re excited to introduce Patron Early Access on Friday, August 8, from 7 PM to 10 PM.

If you’re a KupoCon Patron, you’re invited to join us for this exclusive early access evening. Patrons can bring a plus one, and wristbands will be provided at check-in, allowing you to come and go freely throughout the evening. Drinks will be available and it’ll be a relaxed, social start to the weekend.

Reminder: You must be an active Patron to attend the Friday evening Early Access event.

Adjusted Pop-Up Hours

With the changes to the premiere, the general pop-up hours are now:

• Saturday, August 9: 10 AM – 5 PM

• Sunday, August 10: 10 AM – 5 PM

The pop-up is free to attend and open to all ages!

The only separately ticketed portion of the weekend is the Saturday evening Social Mixer, which is 18+.

To help us manage capacity, we strongly encourage you to pre-register for the pop-up online. Those who pre-register for free will receive priority access should we reach capacity at any time.
