Pomfinity – Event FAQ
DAY INFORMATION
When and Where?
Pomfinity will be held at the Hilton Glasgow, located at 1 William St, Glasgow, G3 8HT. Upon arrival, please use the separate entrance signposted as “Ballroom.” If you are a guest at the hotel, there is a convenient indoor walkway to this entrance, located to the left of the check-in desk, so you won’t need to step outside.
Elevator access to Level 3 is available for attendees who have pre-registered, are wearing bulky cosplay, or require accessibility access. Please note that using the elevators will not allow you to bypass the queue system. We appreciate your cooperation.
Are children allowed at Pomfinity?
Absolutely! Pomfinity is a family-friendly event. Children under 12 can attend for free when accompanied by an adult ticket-holder. Don’t forget to grab the FREE Kids Quest sheet for some extra fun!

Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
Is there a cloakroom or bag storage?
We are discussing options with the venue. Please check back again for more info.
How do I change the name on my ticket?
Log in to your Eventbrite account, go to “Tickets,” and use the Edit function. For further assistance, contact our support team.
Where can I find the event schedule?
The full schedule will be available on our Pomfinity Glasgow page. Check for updates the night before as schedules may change. To stay eco-friendly, physical copies will not be provided.
What’s the event layout? Is it accessible?

Are there any rules or restrictions?
Yes! Please review our Event Policies for information about props, cosplay guidelines, and bag restrictions. Wristbands and/or lanyards must be visible at all times.
What should I bring?
- A camera or smartphone
- A pen or pencil (we provide some, but extras are handy)
- A tote bag (backpacks are discouraged, and suitcases are not allowed)
Are there events on Friday or Sunday?
Friday pre-registration for patrons runs from 5 PM to 8 PM. Become a patron here. Sunday is Community Day which requires a separate ticket. As of this post, tickets are still available.
REGISTRATION
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be available at the door.
I have a marketplace table. When should I arrive?
Setup details are linked in your confirmation email. Vendor registration begins at 7:00 AM in the Ballroom. Be sure to review all the information.
When and where is registration?
- General registration: Saturday at 8:30 AM. Arrive by 9 AM for the Opening Ceremony at 9:30 AM. Registration will pause during the ceremony.
- Pre-registration for patrons: Friday evening, 5 PM–8 PM. Details will be shared on Patreon.
EVENT CONTENT
What’s next after registration?
Kick off the day with the Opening Ceremony at 9:30 AM. Then explore the marketplace, tackle activities from your Quest Log, and visit Chocolina’s for exclusive merch.
Do I need to register for the cosplay show?
No registration is required. Simply queue after the Opening Ceremony. Priority is given to top-tier ticket holders due to their schedule. Please note, there is no cosplay show on Community Day.
Where can I drop off or collect items?
Visit MogNet Central near registration for:
- Kupons
- Autograph Bundles
- Chocobo Badges
It’s also the hub for lost and found, Mognet Mail, and information.
How does the gil system work?
Earn gil by completing quests, workshops, and activities. Redeem gil at O’aka’s for goods, or use real money at Chocolina’s.
Is food and drink available?
Yes! The hotel offers dining options. Water stations will be provided onsite.
SPECIAL GUEST INFO
How do I obtain autographs?
Autographs require a Kupon or Autograph Bundle. Full details are available here.
Can I give gifts to guests?
Yes, but avoid consumable items. Gifts or letters can be dropped off at Mognet Central.
SATURDAY EVENING EVENT
What is the theme and when is it?
Join us for “Kupo-Era”, a historic look back on KupoCon. We encourage you to dress up and wear Kupo related items to celebrate our 20th convention. Doors and bar service open at 7:30PM with Ballroom doors opening at 8PM. Arrive before 9 PM to make the most of the evening! Reminder: The evening is 18+.
What’s the free gift?
Each attendee receives a radio controlled wristband (while supplies last).
COMMUNITY DAY (SUNDAY)
What are the show hours?
The show starts at 10:30AM with registration opening at 10AM. The show will close at 4:30PM. We kindly ask you vacate the show floor by no later than 5PM.
Where can I find information on the competitions?
Information about the art and prop competitions can be found here.
What should I expect?
The market and all KupoCon service desks remain open. You’ll also have access to the TriPom Trader. The theatre has been converted into an event hall for giant floor games and activities. Be sure to join us.
