It’s that time again! As you’ve probably heard, KupoCon is pretty different from a typical convention. We don’t believe in placing boundaries between special guests and attendees. To accomplish this, we only bring guests to our event who will work with us to make the experience mutually beneficial for all parties.

Before we get started: Remember, no ticket includes autographs. Ifrit (Ultima) ticket holders DO have special time allocated to meet the guests. The purpose of this allocation is to reduce waiting times. Everyone is welcome during their allocated time slots.

What is the guest layout for Pom²?
Every guest will be at their own table at the back of the main theatre. Each guest will have a seperate queue and there will be one volunteer designated for each queue. Chairs will be available.

I want to meet the guests at KupoCon, what are my options?
You have two options available to you. Please read this information carefully.

OPTION ONE: You can purchase a Guest Autograph Bundle from KupoCon for £60. This includes a single print for each guest and a token to meet each guest that gives you the right to one signed item and a selfie. They will sign any one item you provide. It does not need to be the prints. (One token per guest). We have two bundles. Note these bundles are limited. We only have 200 of each.

1. The Series Bundle – This is every guest excluding those from Final Fantasy XIV.

2. The Scions Bundle – This is every guest from Final Fantasy XIV

If more guests are announced, these will be included in the bundles at no extra cost.

The print pack is always at a heavily reduced cost. The money we make from this allows us to offset our guests’ expenses. If you plan to meet more than two guests, this is the best value for money. The cost is just £12 per guest.

OPTION TWO: Approach the table of the guest you wish to meet. If you wish to get an autograph or photograph, the special guest will have a set price for which they charge. This typically ranges from £20-40 per guest. In most cases this will be cash only. We don’t know the pricing until the day of.

Can I go up with a friend or partner that has a token?
The autograph is for the token holder only. However, if your immediate partner, carer or child wishes to join you for the photograph, this is acceptable. Additional autographs have to be paid for. 

When are these print packs being made available?
They are available via our ticket portal on May 31 at 10am for Ifrit ticket holders. (You will be emailed an access code). General sales begin at 11am the same day. Just visit the ticket portal to access them. You may need to refresh. You will find it in the add-ons section where the evening tickets are. Once these sell out, your only option is to pay per guest at the table.

If you just want to talk to a guest, there is never a charge, but keep in mind that the guests’ tables will be busy, and our volunteers must give priority to token holders, Ifrit ticket holders, and those paying.

Can I purchase both bundles?
Yes, but plan accordingly. Use your time wisely. Review the schedule of the event when it is released and plan to make sure you have plenty of time. You may only purchase one of each bundle.  If you have 2 tickets, you may purchase two of each bundle and so on. It’s a set of bundles per attendee. Additional autographs must be paid for at the table.
