As you’ve probably heard, KupoCon is pretty different from a typical convention. We don’t believe in placing boundaries between special guests and attendees. To accomplish this, we only bring guests to our event who will work with us to make the experience mutually beneficial for all parties.

Before we get started: Remember, no ticket includes autographs. Wind ticket holders DO have special time allocated to meet the guests and then they can consider one of the two options below. The purpose of this allocation is to reduce waiting times.

What is the guest layout for Retropom?
Guests will be at their own tables with separate queues.

I want to meet the guests at KupoCon, what are my options?
You have two options:

Option One: Approach the table of the guest you wish to meet. If you wish to get an autograph or photograph, the special guest will have a set price for which they charge. This typically ranges from £20-£40 per guest. In most cases this will be cash only.

Option Two: You can purchase a Guest Print Pack from KupoCon for £48. This includes a single print of each guest’s title character and a token to meet each guest that gives you the right to one signed item and a selfie. They will sign any item you like. It does not need to be the prints. (One token per guest)

The print pack is always at a heavily reduced cost. The money we make from this allows us to offset our guests’ expenses. If you plan to meet more than two guests, this is almost always the best value for money. The cost is £48 which works out at just £8 per guest.

Can I go up with a friend or partner that has a token?
Yes, but the autograph and photo is for the token holder only.

When are these print packs being made available?
Wind [Chocopass] ticket holders can pre-order these on December 14 as of 6pm. Any remaining packs will be released on December 15 at 6pm. Please note, print packs are limited to 200 sets. Once these sell out, your only option is to pay per guest at the table. A link to purchase will be emailed to the person who made the ticket order.

If you just want to talk to a guest, there is never a charge, but keep in mind that the guests’ tables will be busy, and our volunteers must give priority to token holders, Wind ticket holders, and those paying.
