What is this?
The KupoCon Ambassador Program is a new development in building KupoCon’s brand and spreading the word of its events and online presence. Within it we aim to capture the core values of KupoCon’s three “I” pillars of being Inclusive, Immersive, and Intimate. This is a worldwide endeavour in which we are seeking people to represent our diverse community around the globe.

What does it entail?
It relies on people, our ambassadors, to represent KupoCon – for you to become our very own moogle mascots: our “SeeDs” (FFVIII reference, for those of you unfamiliar!). We will be looking to take on reps regardless of physical events, as our online platform is very much a continually growing sphere.

Such occasions to represent KupoCon include donning clothing or similarly relevant visible merch at other conventions, spreading news on upcoming events in public groups, and more.

You as an ambassador
We are looking for people among a range of different regions across the world where we have either hosted events or intend to host events. In busier regions we may look to have more than one ambassador, and on rare occasions you may end up working together should opportunities arise. This includes online events.

You will be given a unique pin badge denoting your special role. You will also be provided with contact cards to distribute with details and links to KupoCon. Such content and items may expand as the program evolves.

The kind of person who should consider applying are those who embody the KupoCon spirit and know what we are about; are friendly, warm, and engaging with people; and generally conduct themselves in a manner that bears no risk in tarnishing the brand.
