KupoCast S5E4: Recap

TriPom (09:00 – 19:00)
- 5.1 will be released to coincide with the pop-up shop weekend
- EOY (end of year) – likely released early or mid-December
- Remaining materia cards sets will eventually be mixed into booster packs
- Location cards by Anebarone Illustration
- Location artwork may eventually be used for other products too
London Pop-up & Pomtogether (19:00 – 37:00)
- No purchase necessary to acquire the promo card – simply turn up
- Pocket quest log features quests/hunts aimed at exploring London
- Receive gil for quests and hunts cashed in – use at the shop there and then
- Free Company meeting on Sep 18 – latest info to appear on Discord
- Info desk about KupoCon and what we do will be set up for those new
- If the event cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 restrictions or similar, everyone will be refunded
- Flexible refund policy for those who change their minds about going
- COVID-19 protocols subject to whatever regulations are in place at the time
- Large space but small numbers to ensure comfort – 150-200 for a space that can fit 300-400 comfortably
- Room block available with the hotel
New Badge System (37:00 – 41:30)
- Particularly due to COVID-19’s impact, the addition of the red chocobo badge allows you to convey to even your regular friends you once wouldn’t hesitate to hug that you would still prefer as of now to maintain comfortable personal space
FFXV Anniversary Tour (41:30 – 48:10)
- Online content spread over Facebook, Twitter, and Discord
- New loot will include glassware of sorts, TriPom, and something involving the Regalia – and plenty more!
- Physical events spread over months to account for potential COVID-19 requirements, such as self-isolation after transatlantic movement
- Anniversary parties are not full KupoCons – more like cocktail receptions with a twist
- Vancouver, East Coast US, and mainland Europe possibilities too
New Loot (48:10 – 55:20)
- Another type of dress with general TriPom cards to appear in boutique store on Patreon in the future
- White (Holy) materia
- Preorder for FFXIV FC hoodie opens July
- New Memoria and TriPom Ultimania hoping to be out by September
Ambassador Program (55:20 – 1:00:00)
- Criteria include having attended previous KC events and any volunteer experience (whether offline or online)
- Idea is to spread the word of what KupoCon is and does, and of our community experience
- Areas where we are more active in will require more than one ambassador
- Ambassador pin (designed around the original SeeD emblem of FFVIII)
Additional Info (1:00:00 – 1:04:00)
- A screen will be set up for patrons not attending so they can interact with those at the pop-up shop in September
